Return Eligibility: We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you’ve received damaged products, we’re here to help. Eligible products can be returned within one week after the delivery date.
Damaged Merchandise: In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order. Attach a photo of the damaged product for our review.
Customized Orders: Please note that any customized orders cannot be exchanged or returned.

Our team will review and approve your request.
Once approved, we’ll arrange for a return pick-up at an agreed-upon time.
Upon authorization, we’re happy to process an exchange of the product or provide a voucher card, valid for the next 6 months.
