REFUND POLICY
Refund Eligibility: Eligible products (If found Damaged) can only be returned within one week after the delivery date.
- In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us [email protected] with a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Any customized order cannot be exchanged or returned
Refund Process:
Our team will review and approve your refund request upon receiving the necessary documentation.
Upon approval, we’ll arrange for a return pick-up at a convenient time.
Once your return has been authorized, we’d be happy to process the exchange of the product or give a voucher card which can be used within the next 6 months.
